Can purchasing a home security system decrease my insurance?

Yes. Most insurance companies will offer a discount on your insurance policy premiums if you have installed the appropriate, qualified alarm systems. In fact, we can provide an insurance certificate directly to your insurance company to expedite this process!

Can I use existing equipment?

Usually yes, but depending on the equipment, various features may not be available. To ensure optimal performance and compatibility, we recommend that your equipment is up to date.

What is a panic pendant?

A panic pendant is a small, portable device that allows the user to remotely trigger the alarm system with the push of a button. Often, panic "pendants" can also be worn as a watch, necklace, or carried as a keychain.

Will my security system work if my phone line or electricity goes out?

Yes, if you get cell backup system. Most cell backup systems are equipped with a backup battery that lasts 24+ hours (it depends on your system). As long as it’s powered, the cellular device can communicate with the monitoring station wirelessly.

Do you provide security cameras & recording devices?

Yes. We offer a full range of security camaras and DVRs from some of the top suppliers in the industry including Nuvico, Pelco, Digital Watchdog and Honeywell. We offer CCTV, PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom), indoor/outdoor, IP, dome, infared and more.
